Hi Melissa,

Tim and I wanted to let you know that we have had a beautiful little girl. Ariah (like Mariah without the M) Rose arrived last Wednesday 3rd, 2.5 weeks early.

Not everything went to plan and we have had a rough 10 days with being in and out of hospital but used our hypnobirthing practices to get through labour and birth.

We pretty much laboured at home and after an hour and a half at the hospital she was here.

I was able to birth drug free but needed a few interventions to get Ariah out safely as her hate rate was dropping fast.

We thank you so much for the class and everything you taught us.

Now we are doing well and settling into home and a routine.  

We recommend hypnobirthing to everyone we talk to. A couple from our antenatal class did your course a few weeks back from our recommendation and absolutely loved it and thanked us for telling them all about it.
