In your hypnobirthing classes, you will learn breathing, relaxation, massage, acupressure, and self-hypnosis techniques, along with knowledge and tools to assist you in making well-informed decisions while pregnant, during birth, and beyond. These are skills for life!

POSITIVE BIRTH PROGRAM

The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program is uniquely designed for Australian parents. When we are prepared with knowledge about the birth process, tools to stay positive, calm, and more comfortable through labour, have good support, and prepare both our mind and body for this important event, birth can be a very positive and empowering experience.
It is strongly recommended that the birthing mother and birth partner attend the full 12-hour ‘Positive Birth Program’ whenever possible.
Includes:
- 12-hours of tuition (face to face or via live webinar) for the birthing mother and birth partner
- ‘Positive Birth Program’ Booklet for class
- Access to comprehensive online resources (a collection of mp3 tracks for pregnancy and birth, eBook, practice videos, birth videos, pdf downloads, extra reading)
- Ongoing support from your Practitioner
HYPNOBUBS ONLINE COURSE
ONLINE COURSE WITH PRIVATE SESSION
If you are unable to attend Hypnobirthing Australia™ ‘Positive Birth Program’ classes, we have online versions of the courses available to you and you can combine this with a private session with an expert Practitioner.

INDIGENOUS PROGRAM
THROUGH SELECTED HEALTH SERVICES
Our Indigenous Childbirth Education Program provides culturally relevant and quality childbirth education to indigenous mothers and families throughout Australia.
It is a 6-hour course and has been specially designed to be taught in one full day, or split up into sessions.
The Hypnobirthing Australia™ ‘Positive Birth’ Indigenous Program has been implemented into the childbirth education offered by:
- Victorian Aboriginal Health Service (VAHS)
- South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS)
- Bunbury Hospital (WACHS)
- Top End Health Service (Northern Territory)
- Privately by midwives in locations throughout Australia
