Hi Melissa,

Just thought I’d let you know on Saturday May 26th our little girl Stella June arrived! We achieved the drug free VBAC we had hoped for.

The breathing techniques you showed us were invaluable, and the learned trust in my body and baby kept me calm and gave me so much confidence that we stayed at home labouring until 9cm- I didn’t even realise because the contractions were intense but not painful thanks to the breathing. I just kept focusing on getting to meet our baby, and I was excited that the surges were getting closer together, not scared.

It was such an amazing experience and i’m so thankful we had our little girl naturally. She is just perfect!

She came right on 41 weeks, but I wasn’t stressed about her being late, I knew that she would come when she was ready. She arrived at 10.25am 3090gm and is the perfect addition to our little family. I have attached some photos for you
