Casey attended a Hypnobirthing Australia Refresher in preparation for another beautiful birth.

Dear Melissa

So this little man was born on the 10th May. His name is Hunter. He came 2 1/2 weeks early and I’m happy to say I had another beautiful and empowering hypnobirth at the Gold Coast private hospital.

If any of your hypno mums are looking for an amazing obstetrician I highly recommend Dr Tina Flemming at the goldy private hospital. She was all for the hypnobirthing. She didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want to do, she knew and used the hypno terms ( I never told her about them) during labour,  she allowed me to birth him in the shower as it was the most comfortable for me rather than wanting me on the bed, she allowed me to let my body do what it needed to do but was there to guide me when needed.

Dr Flemming and the midwife said it was the most amazing birth they have seen in a while.

And if any of your mums are looking at placenta encapsulation on the goldy I also highly recommend Sam from Under the Birch Tree. Her service was fantastic and she was absolutely lovely.

I’m so very proud of myself to be able to achieve another hypnobirth. I absolutely loved the whole labour experience.
