Born one whole week early and a very speedy birth indeed. By the time got to hospital had her within the hour. Still pretty crazy birth but think the hypnobirthing definitely helped with the speedy ness of it.
It really all did came down to the hypnobirthing and having the best mindset. I love how u can see how wired I am afterwards from all the natural adrenaline pumping through me. I had the quickest recovery and never felt sleep deprived or anything afterwards! Amazing.
