Birth went amazing it was so calm and had our baby boy in less than an hour,
in at 8am and birthed at 9.20am, I stayed at home as long as possible.
Got to hospital and had a warm shower till the nurse got prepared, then our boy couldn’t wait. Had him standing up leaning over bed, it was all very controlled and calm. The only problem I had was my placenta getting stuck so had to go to theatre.
Before hypnobirthing giving birth was my biggest fear. But I nailed it like a goddess and I am making sure to tell everybody about my positive birth! x
