Andi and I wanted to introduce our baby girl, April Heather, born on the 6th of March, weighing at just over 3kgs, April entered the world naturally and drug free.

It was definately not a short labour (37 hours!!), but although long, the hypnotherapy techniques that we learnt in your class last year were definately used every step of the way, especially rainbow relaxation and the affirmations.  We were even told by one of the midwives at the Logan Hospital that we were their first hypnotherapy couple that came through their doors and that they were only recently given a talk by one of their midwives about the use of hypnotherapy during birth, so this was really exciting for us both.

So thank you once again Melissa in helping us bring our little girl into the world naturally.  April is such a happy little hypnobirthing bubby.
