We love hypnobirthing! We are about to deliver our fourth hypnobirthed baby! All premmie (before 37 weeks), zero interventions, no drugs, no stitches, and almost back to back .. the boys are 4yrs, 3yrs, 2yrs, and due any day!
So far our babies have birthed stress free, had 9/9 Apgars, and been very aware and breathing calmly on their own at birth, responsive to the sound of our voices immediately. Thank goodness for hypnobirthing as we couldn’t imagine greeting our babies into the world any other way!
