I just wanted to write to you an say how wonderful my weekend course was with your practitioner, Katie Kempster from Harmonic Hypnobirthing in Copacobana this weekend was.

The course is so explicitly laid out and I learned so much. This was the sort of information I was hoping was going to be touched on in our hospital antenatal classes. I had so many questions after that course and my anxiety grew. The videos really are wonderful and gave me a clearer idea of how a positive birth could unfold.

I’m so glad I was encouraged by a colleague at work to do the workshop, and also in Vicki Hobbs ‘Back to Basic Birthing’ podcast was also encourage to do the face to face classes. Even though I’m 33 weeks and I’d read, listen to podcasts about hypnobirthing, had already downloaded your surge of the sea album, I feel so much more informed, relaxed, and prepared for the birth of my baby.

Katie really made the space so safe and special and had extensive knowledge to answer EVERY SINGLE question I had racing around my brain. She was also really honest, which I appreciated so much. There are so many vague answers that you receive throughout this journey. Her realistic, compassionate, and exceptional advice and on-going support make her a brilliant Hypnobirthing Teacher. So I wanted to pass that on. We loved our experience with her and will be singing her praises to anyone who will listen 🙂
