I just want to start by saying thank you so much for important techniques you provided Luke and I with in your hypnobirthing classes. They will be forever helpful in everyday life!
Finally, my uterus must be like a 5* hotel because madame didn’t want to check out! I ended up being induced and having Matilda Leigh on Tuesday 1st September! ☺
She was a big girl weighing 3.97kgs and for that, I blame my Kit Kat cravings! Next pregnancy I will be on a strict salad and water diet!
Although we didn’t get the water birth we had hoped for, bubs had meconium in the water when they broke. Luke and I used your relaxation tracks and tools provided in class to make the birth as calm as possible experience. She is truly a hypnobub and so chilled out. We are so blessed. Thank you!
