  We sort out Hypnobirthing because I wanted to have natural pain relief tools in my pocket but what we learned was so much more!

  Suzy helped us to understand birth on a much deeper level, giving us a better understanding of the physical process and optimal birthing conditions for a great start for our baby. Above all Suzy gave us the gift of more trust and faith in my body’s amazing birthing ability, as well as a stronger connection and understanding of our birth preferences as a couple. I learned much more from my time with Suzy than I have through any of the providers responsible for my care.

  At 39 weeks pregnant, I’m going in to the next phase of this journey with calmness and clarity, knowing that what ever challenges we face in delivery we’ll have the tools and emotional flexibility to work through them together.

  Thank you Suzy for your loving support, care, empowering my partner to support me and connecting us to the divine power I hold as a birthing woman. We are so grateful to have worked with you through this incredible journey.
