After my previous work experiences as a special care nurse, connecting with other women, and going through two completely different pregnancies, birth and post-partum journeys, it has sparked a deep passion within me. Birth is a really big deal, and I believe every woman and family deserves to have a positive experience.

I’m incredibly passionate about supporting, preparing and helping women and families, where they feel educated, informed and empowered. Being able to inform you of all your options, educate you on your rights, share tools and techniques, create a positive mindset, release fears, and tap into your intuition to decide what feels right for you on your birth journey.

As one of the most significant events in your life, your birth experience matters a lot. No matter how your baby ultimately enters the world, how you experience birth and how empowered you feel throughout this process does matter.
