Bio
My name is Farah, I am a certified Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner and Childbirth Educator based in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I’m passionate to support birthing mums and their partners in their journey to parenthood. I am a proud mamma of 3 beautiful children.
I have experienced three different birth experiences. A whole new approach to birth was born within me after I completed the Hypnobirthing Australia course in covid and used the techniques I learned, I had an empowered positive birth with my second and third babies plus an easy recovery postpartum. I am here to share my experience and give parents the chance to have the same joyous experience.
Regardless of the circumstances, every birth is special and unique. I am passionate to educate, guide, and teach you and your birth partner how to overcome uncertainty around birth, take informed decisions, and experience a calm, positive birth.
I have the privilege to be part of your empowered journey of birth and motherhood.
Please reach out if you have any questions and thank you for being here, you are already on the right path.

1 Review on “Farah Zebian - Victoria, Carnegie”
We welcomed our gorgeous baby girl in June after completing the hypnobirthing course with Farah just a week prior. Using the affirmations and meditation tracks from the course allowed me to enter the state of mind I needed to be in those early hours of labour.
My labour was quite long, in particular the second stage. But this stage was also exactly as I would have wanted it to be, and I credit Farah’s guidance during the course in helping me achieve this. We had a dimly lit environment, candles, music and a projector light that scattered light across the ceiling. I was in the bath for a couple of hours during this stage which helped with the contractions immensely. Using the hypnobirthing techniques kept me centred and focused.
I think what we found most helpful during the course was the way in which Farah shared her own birthing experiences alongside the content-it was so clear she has a passion for what she does and that her own experiences have shaped her interest in helping other women to achieve the birth they want to (while also being able to prepare for things in an open minded way if a particular course of action is needed).
We are very grateful for Farah’s assistance in preparing us for this important time in our life, and there is no doubt we will be able to build on the techniques we learnt in any future births if we are so lucky to experience this again.
