I have been serving the mothers of Macarthur for over 13 years as a doula and childbirth educator. I also have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Health Science. I have supported mums all over Sydney, birthing in private and public hospitals as well as home settings. I am very proud to be a Certified Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, and offer these amazing classes and my extensive experience to you! 

I have personally witnessed the incredible difference that hypnobirthing can make to birthing mothers and have also used hypnobirthing in three of my own four births.  Hypnobirthing is empowering, transformative and healing.
