Bio
Hi, I’m Chelsea. I’m a qualified primary school teacher, Hypnobirthing Australia practitioner and dedicated mum to a two-year-old, based in the Clare Valley.
I have always loved learning, so when I became pregnant, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about pregnancy, labour, birth and attachment. I felt informed and passionate about advocating for myself, but I also discovered something important: having the knowledge was one thing, but having the tools to put that knowledge into practice was another.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access the Positive Birth Program during my pregnancy because there were no practitioners in our area. This is something that has stayed with me and is a big part of why I am so passionate about bringing positive birth education to our rural community.
I want to help women and their birth partners feel informed, confident and empowered as they prepare for their baby’s birth. Through my classes, I hope to provide practical tools, knowledge and support to help families approach birth feeling calm, capable and positive, whatever path their birth may take.
I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, respected and confident in her ability to make informed decisions throughout her birth journey.
