Hi I’m Cathryn, creator and director at Zen Birth and Baby! I am a Midwife, Acupuncturist, Naturopath, Certified Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Childbirth Educator (HPCE) based in Adelaide, Glenelg and in Victoria, Mildura.

I love teaching the Hypnobirthing Australia course and techniques. As I have seen the transformation this program provides in the birthing room. It gives the mindset, education, support and guidance to empower couples through the birthing process regardless of how it unfolds.
