Hope you are well.

Just want to let you know that last Tuesday I had a beautiful perfect healthy little boy. We named him Sonny.

My birthing experience was more than I could have hoped for. I used hypnobirthing all the way through until the end with no pain relief. I made the environment calm and relaxing by listening to your CDs, had the lights dimmed and used aromatherapy, positive thinking/my affirmations and breathing through the contractions. I ended up with no tears or stitches.

My recovery was fabulous as well. After the labour I walked from the birthing suite up to my room, didn’t need any pain relief the whole time I was in hospital just some ice packs.

Sonny has been latching on the breast like a pro since he came out.

So glad that I did the hypnobirthing course. Thank you for helping me have a positive, close to perfect first time birthing experience.
