We are proud to introduce our son, Sebastian! Born on 22 June, 52cm long, 3.75 kg and a head full of brains at 38 cm!
We had the birth we hoped for. It was hard work but I was in the “zone” and we required no intervention or pain medication. Both of us believe that Hypnobirthing Australia gave us the understanding, information and tools to face our labour and birth with confidence – thank you so much!
