I’m telling all my friends to take a hypnobirthing course!

This was my 3rd pregnancy and my first time ever taking a hypnobirthing course.

I took it at about 34 weeks pregnant and I was incredibly grateful!! I had a natural delivery before, but I can’t even describe how different they felt.

It was truly incredible and I loved the experience!! I’m telling all my friends to take a hypnobirthing course! It helped me reach a level of relaxation that I didn’t even know was possible (and I’m a nurse, a doula, and almost finished with my certified nurse-midwifery degree.. so I’m not new to birth!).

I can’t say enough about how fabulous my birth experience was and I can’t wait to do it again!
