Silvia and Daniel learnt Hypnobirthing via Skype

Maya Isis was born 5th of February at 2 am in Shanghai (China).

Thank you for all the wonderful information and tools you provided. Your voice and Marie’s voice will forever be ingrained in our brains

Our little miss decided she was ready to join us the night of her due date (Sunday night) but took her time. We were all united very early Tuesday morning.

“I am prepared to calmly meet whatever turn my birthing takes” This affirmation couldn’t have been truer.

Daniel was able to keep me focused on my breathing, using the rainbow relaxation and balloon visualisation. The prompt sheet was a great help.

Hypnobirthing gave us the tools to make informed decisions during our birth, allowed us to talk at the same level as the medical staff, allowed us to ask questions to become better informed. I don’t know how we could have done it without you Melissa. We were prepared to face any situation our birth was going to take us. I can’t imagine how I would have handled our birth without you, without Marie, without Hypnobirthing.

Baby Maya is beautiful. We are totally and completely in love.
