I would like to introduce to you Gretel.

The birth went really well. As close to a perfect birth as possible I think. So happy I had done your course. I really feel it helped a great deal.

10 days overdue I had my second stretch and sweep, I went into labour 2 hrs later.
I had a 4hr labour and got to the hospital with minutes to spare. Almost had her in the hall way lol. So no time for a water birth. But was cool calm and collected the whole time ?

Marty was only home for the last hr I was at home, but he was so helpful doing everything you had told him. I was very proud of him.

I will definitely be recommending hypnobirthing to everyone I know ?
