Hypnobirthing – Pumpkin Style!

It is Halloween! So – just for a little laugh.. let’s have a look at the likely differences between a more ‘medicalised’ style birth… and a hypnobirth! 😉

Here we have your stereotypical ‘medical style’ birth… complete with bright lights, hospital environment, noise, lack of intimacy or privacy, fear, tension and (as would be expected to follow) – lots of pain.

Let’s now juxtapose that with the typical ‘hypnobirthing’ birth scene… complete with soft lighting, music, candlelight, an optimal position for birthing, calm and relaxed atmosphere and of course – tears of joy.

Pumpkin or human style…  I know which type of birth I prefer!
