I discovered my calling when I was pregnant with my first baby and started to research and prepare for that birth. Four babies later, hours and hours of study and a strong devotion to the birthing world, here I am a full-spectrum birth doula supporting my local community of Albury/Wodonga & surrounds.

I strongly believe that the path your labour and birth will take is mostly determined by your mindset going into labour and birth. I love educating women about all things birth, particularly labour and birth itself, so that they feel prepared and confident when the time comes. A confident woman who has trust in her body and her baby will be more likely to experience a positive, empowering birth. This is what drives me, a woman sitting in her post labour and birth glow, cuddling her baby and feeling like she can do anything, like she is a warrior. Every woman has the right to experience this indescribable feeling and it is my work to make this happen for as many women as possible.
