Doing Kaia birth with Sheraden exceeded my expectations. I particularly loved the way she empowers not just the birthing mother but particularly the birthing partner, to actively facilitate a positive birth experience together and how the partner can advocate for informed consent while the birthing mother is in her instictive birthing zone. We feel that with some practice of making the techniques we learnt second nature, that we will be well equipped to execute our plan for a natural, positive birth. We liked the nibblies available during afternoon/morning tea and that the venue had nice bathrooms and plenty of parking. For a first time mum, it was very helpful to be able to see in person, some of the maternal products she had on display. Thank you for your informative, interactive class Sheraden and for all your patience in answering our questions!

She is incredibly knowledgeable and so passionate about giving everyone the tools they need to have the positive birth they desire. I now feel equipped to calmly work through any turns our birth may take and feel confident my husband will be an amazing birth partner putting together everything we learnt with Sheraden. We faced a lot of challenges getting to this point however now know that we are in control from here. Will be recommending Sheradens class to anyone we know that is expecting!
Sheraden’s classes were amazing. I took them during my first pregnancy and they helped me to achieve the beautiful birth experience I wanted, despite the obstacles I faced. My partner learnt how to support me during labour and knew exactly what to do. I recommend Sheraden to every expecting parent I speak to now and I’m looking forward to doing my refresher course with her this pregnancy. (Also the atmosphere in her classes is so calming with comfortable reclining floor seats, birth balls and fairy lights).
Absolutely loved learning all things positive birth with Kaia Birth! Sheraden has such a beautiful nature and brings a very calming energy to the class. She was very informative and answered all our questions. I am excited to experience labour with all the tools we learnt during the course.
