Jess was an absolute pleasure to work with as a hypnobirth practitioner. Her experience as a midwife and mother provided a unique and informative perspective on the Positive Birth Program while providing an excellent service.
Not only myself but my husband left our sessions with her feeling empower and encouraged about the experience of birth and are confident in using the skills taught in the course to have our own positive birth.
I found the positive birth program through Breathe Life an invaluable part of preparing for my birth. The tools and techniques I learnt helped me feel empowered to make decisions about my birth, remain positive when plans changed and allowed me to calming birth my baby. Jess was a wonderful teacher, always approachable with a positive disposition and years of midwifery experience. I initially did the course online due to covid and working full time but then decided to do it in person for our second baby. The in-person course felt like I had my own birthing coach! It was so much more personal and I got to meet other mums on the same journey. Thank you Jess for imparting your knowledge! We are looking forward to meeting our baby with excitement and anticipation.
Jess ran an amazing course; was so helpful and informative especially for myself as a first time mom.
During the birth and in making decisions with my obstetrician / midwives before, I was able to articulate what kind of birth I wanted and make informed decisions.
It was particularly helpful for my husband as well to understand what to expect , and gave him lots of tools to support me through my birth – he felt equally apart of the birth as I was because he had knowledge about what was going on and how to support.
