Sarah is a deeply passionate, empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable woman, with a flare for holistic health and wellbeing.
Residing in Queanbeyan, just outside of Canberra, Sarah practices as a Registered Nurse and Registered Paramedic. She hopes to extend her professional education through completing her Masters of Midwifery Practice next year. She hopes to conduct clinical research in the future.
Sarah provides a unique perspective on the issues women and children face due to a lack of education, through her volunteering experiences and clinical placements in South Africa and Swaziland.
She continues to be an advocate for all women, particularly those identifying as LGBTQIA+, Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, as well as those with a disability, those with a trauma background, and women living in Rural and Remote locations.
Sarah wholeheartedly believes that all women and their birth partners deserve access to high quality, practical, evidence based childbirth education.
Empowering women to trust within the intuitive rhythms of their bodies is Sarah’s life passion.
