Bio
Hi, I am Nikki Jones, a Registered Midwife, Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner and Birth Story Listener.
I am passionate about empowering women and their birth partners, educating and sharing knowledge and supporting couples so they have choice, and feel safe, secure, and supported when giving birth. I love sharing the up to date, evidence-based education and information to help couples make informed decisions and work toward achieving a calm, safe, positive and empowering birth experience, no matter what turns their birthing journey may take.
I have been a midwife for 12+years, having previously worked in Midwifery Group Practice, emergency department in a large Adelaide metro hospital and teaching public hospital childbirth education classes.
I am a mum of 3 beautiful children, two of them Hypnobubs, having done the Positive Birth Program in preparation for my second birth and then becoming a Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner in 2017 as I loved my birth so much and wanted to share these amazing tools and techniques with more couples. I then got to put the knowledge, tools and techniques into practice again when I birthed my third baby in 2020, which was the most positive, empowering and enjoyable birth experience. I know these tools and techniques work; I love sharing them and connecting with couples I teach. I want them to leave my classes feeling confident, relaxed, and supported with a positive mindset, abundance of knowledge and the tools to achieve their own unique positive pregnancy birth experience and have a wonderful start to parenting.
I offer regular group classes in Semaphore, SA I also offer private classes, Hypnobubs upgrade sessions, the positive caesarean birth program and birth story listening session.

Nikki is so knowledgeable and informative, I am so glad we booked with her. The hypnobirthing program really helped instil feelings of a positive, empowered birth, but Nikki’s experience as a midwife is invaluable. It was so great to be able to ask questions and have her evidence based knowledge to draw on.
