My beautiful birth experiences sparked the passion of childbirth education in me, which led me to become a hypnobirthing practitioner. I have to pinch myself sometimes, I’m a total childbirth nerd so to be able to pass on my knowledge to parents to be, is a dream come true! Hypnobirthing classes will give you a voice, and put you in the drivers seat of your birth, educate you on how your body births your baby, educate you on the choices available to you that you may not know about, and provide you with a toolkit, full of relaxation techniques to carry out your calm pregnancy, leading to your baby’s birthing day. I cannot wait to meet you, and support you and your birth partner on your biggest journey yet!
