My name is Shanowah Wyatt, I am 29 and from Rockhampton.  I am a stay at home mum who also happens to be obsessed with empowering and supporting women to achieve Beautiful Birth Stories.

My passion for child birth education and empowerment ignited after I used the Hypnobirthing Australia techniques for birth of my first baby in 2014 and my second baby in 2018. We calmly and gently birthed, to our own rhythm, surrounded by love and relaxation. I felt strong, educated, powerful and supported. I knew all of my options before going into labor so I was able to make informed decisions. My births very intimate, positive and truly awakening. My babies born into the world and I was born into a mother, strong and capable, who trusted herself and believed in her inner strength.

Beautiful Birth Stories, is a space for all women in CQ on their journey to motherhood. Welcome, come and learn about your body and how it is designed for birth. Come and connect with yourself, your birthing partner and  your baby.

My goal is for every mamma and her support person that attends Hypnobirthing Australia classes with me, to leave feeling empowered and confident and excited for their birthing day.
