SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – HYPNOBIRTHING AUSTRALIA ONLINE STORE (CUSTOMER ORDERS)

Hypnobirthing Australia (Hypnobubs Pty Ltd) reserves the right to charge postage for any shippable items purchased through our customer-based online store. If postage is required we will send you an invoice to enable payment of the postage expense. Payment for any additional postage expense must be received prior to your order being dispatched. All items purchased through our online store are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do NOT ship international orders through our website at this time. Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 3-5 working days. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional day to delivery estimates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We use Australia Post for standard delivery of your order. Orders are dispatched twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) and must be received prior to 1.30pm (AEST) on these days to ensure sufficient time for order processing in time for dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. Orders may require a signature upon receipt. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receiver’s name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery for items sent via Australia Post.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our Hypnobubs™ Online Course is available to all enrolled students for a period of 12 months following purchase of this product.

MP3 Albums and eBooks purchased from our website are available for download from our online membership portal for a period of 12 months before download expiry. Please ensure you use a computer (not phone/ iPad) to download your MP3 purchase. You will then be able to share the dowloaded MP3 file/s between your devices using a suitable media player. Because of the way iTunes and many other media players work, you can’t download your albums directly to your phone or iPad. They only allow downloads directly from their store.

Please ensure to keep your downloaded files safe as we, unfortunately, can not re-issue if you lose your files (you will need to re-purchase). 

Gift vouchers are available for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-digital goods may be returned for a refund provided they are sent back within 10 days of purchase in a saleable condition, accompanied by the tax invoice. Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 5 business days.

If a product is returned for any reason other than it being faulty or not as described, the customer is liable for postage. If the product is faulty a new copy will be supplied.

eBooks and other digital products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless faulty.

Goods that are packaged with an eBook or other digital product, or an access code, cannot be returned or exchanged if the ebook/digital product/access code has been opened or accessed unless faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WHERE DO I MAIL MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using a trackable service to the above address (please ensure that your service provider provides you with a tracking number). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Hypnobirthing Australia. All return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to replace or exchange your purchase for another item, (subject to availability) should the original product you received be damaged or faulty. Exchanges can take up to 5 business days to process. 

EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM OF A DIFFERENT VALUE

Any difference due will be charged or refunded to the card or bank account used to pay for the original order. Should we need to charge an additional amount, we will contact you to arrange additional payment to enable processing of your order.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

PAYMENT PROCESSING (SECURITY POLICY)

When purchasing from Hypnobirthing Australia, card details are transmitted through a secure server using the eWAY payment gateway utilising our Westpac Internet Merchant Facility (IMF). Card details are hosted by eWAY after processing to ensure PCI DSS compliance and all card data in encrypted using SSL to ensure your credit card information can be safely transmitted to our payment gateway.
